Born

So now I pay. I'm punished by the sword that saved me every goddamn day. The deal we made was that you get me through this and you can have all that remains. I can't let things go. I'll spite everything and everyone until it seeps through my pores. Hate is all that I've known. It's the price I pay for being born. To those I love, it's time for me to go. This is my reckoning. I feel it in my bones. Its safe to say I knew that it would end this way. A debt unpaid collected by he whom wears my face. Dear mother, I will bring you shame no more. My abdomen is ready... so hand me the sword

Eyes Wide
02:25
|
|||
A product of hard living. I was cut with wisdom earned through foolish acts.
I'm barely breathing but I got to stay awake for whats coming next.
I see it coming. I can't be seen. Be sharp, be ready. Breathe.
My eyes wide, prepared to do what it takes. Aim, strike, kill...whatever comes my way.
Hold the blade of wisdom close. I'll cut through anything because anything goes. Her eyes in my mind, his voice in my ear, the taste of her lips... I'll guard what can't be replaced.
They can take my knife, I'll find a rock. They can take my rock, I have my hands. They can break my hands, I can still bite. Whatever it takes, I'll keep my eyes wide.

End of the Road
03:24
|

As I drive away with all these scars on my face, I can't look back because it reminds me of darkest days. Nights so hard and cold where I felt all alone and it seems for some reason I just can't let go.
There's a city that I love and hate. It stays with me every goddamn day. There's an unknown road no matter where I go. I'll always know that I'll come back home.
It's 5 am and I can see the sun rise. From LA to Boston trying to find piece of mind. The windchill kept me up with a kiss. Aaron was right, I never knew a bliss like this. So I share words with an old friend of mine, the same son who's old man taught the sun to shine. The greatest part of him was laid to rest. As fast as we rise, we sink with the city we know best.
Now I'm sitting here, trying not act so scared. Where are the answers that i asked for all these years? Could it really be that the street lights lied to me? Is sunken city where I need to be?
So baby girl leave the light on. Tell the boy I'm coming home to the city of pain and fallen Angels, the city that dwells at the end of the road.

I don't care
Where you're from anyway
I don't care
Lots of money anyway
I don't care
Charge cards anyway
I don't care
Nice clothes anyway
I don't care
I don't care
I don't care
Nice car anyway
I don't care
Nice parents anyway
I don't care
Nice home anyway
I don't care
Lots of money anyway
I don't care
I don't care
I don't care
Don't care
Don't care
Don't care
Don't care
Don't care
I don't
Care!
I don't wanna live
To be 34
I don't wanna die
In a nuclear war
Go on out
Get some more
Go on out
To the bar, the market or the liquor store
I don't wanna live
To be 43
I don't like
What I see going on around me
Go on out
Get some more
Go on out
Get fucked up, passed out, on the floor
Go on out
Get some more
Go on out
To your favorite liquor store
Go on out
Don't worry about it no more
Go on out
Get fucked up on the floor
I don't wanna live
To be 57
I'm living in hell
Is there a heaven?
Live fast (fast)
Die young (die young)
Live fast
Die young
Live fast die young
