Leave me something
To find when you go
Draw on map
Or use a piece of string
Its getting dark
And we’re out of smokes
The things we used to hide
Behind everything
CHORUS:
But I’m, I’m not wrong
To wish you were stronger
I’m glad that you’re gone
I think that I’m a goner
I pray for a good year
With that or to disappear
I’m glad that you’re gone
But I wish you were here
I knew you once
But then I didn’t
Shared some clothes
But then we didn’t
And you asked me to dance
But I said that I shouldn’t
But you only asked because you you knew that I wouldn’t
CHORUS:
But I’m, I’m not wrong
To wish you were stronger
I’m glad that your gone
But maybe I’m a goner
I pray for a good year
With that or I disappear
I’m glad that you’re gone
I wish you were here
CHORUS:
I’m not wrong
To wish you were strong
And I’m glad that your gone
But I think I’m the goner
I pray for a good year
With that or to disappear
I’m glad that your gone
But I wish you were here
Noise pop at its finest from this rambunctious Melbourne group that thrives on louder-than-loud guitars and belted-out vocals. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 4, 2024
The Atlanta trio find an appealing balance between their trademark razor sharp wiry riffage and freewheeling groove. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 9, 2024

One of my favorite albums of all time. Turnover really hit a sound here that resonates with me deeply, and I often find myself coming back to this record and falling in love with it all over again. The drums and bass are greatly underrated on this album, creating their own unique melodies that fit within the song and create something new rather than just follow the guitars. Nothing beats the somehow joyful and somber sound of this record. Rob Carpenter
