Conscious, clear, and gaining ground. Find your path and walk it out. If this road is sinking under me i won't fold my hands or break to my knees. Which path to go? What to believe? It never mattered because i know there's something here for me. I wake up everyday disappointed because it's always the same. Same weary head, same empty bed. Nothing is changing. I lost control between the past i had and this path i chose to lead. But If the road ahead is "Solitary" I'm not afraid to walk alone.
Raw, expressive, and achieves a remarkable balance between melody and sharp hardcore edge. It presents a type of duality that makes euphony and cacophony sound beautiful together, like rice and beans (a complete protein) :) Love the sound, this split demonstrates impressive talent! Kenny McGalem
The beginning of something great!
From the opening post rock instrumentation of the 1st track to the emoting pleading lead vocals; you can tell immediately that Gates is something different & special.

Gates angst is fresh and liberating! Agent K
