You ruined all my favorite bands.
Every time I sing along I always see your hands.
That perfect skin against my sweaty palms,
and your face of discontent always made me feel so small.
You abused all my favorite books,
I know you never read half the ones you took.
Still all the pages are torn and frayed,
memorized the underlined hoping to impress me.
But it won't work,
I'm not that naive.
No, we won't work,
You just don't get me.
Like winter branches lined with snow and ice, Sam Ray (Ricky Eat Acid, Teen Suicide)'s latest is delicate, spare, melancholy, and beautiful. Bandcamp New & Notable Jan 3, 2018
Scottish rockers strip back their epic sound for a live session recorded in a converted 19th-century Glasgow church. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 19, 2015
The style of singing and lyrics fit this song so beautifully. It get's out all the pain of losing someone you care about while wishing them well. The whole album is solid however and I'm super happy to own this. RMP
