Everyday we see so many suffering. We watch old friends end up right in the arms of misery's company. We watch those we love get ripped from our hands before we had a chance to set them free. It's a constant struggle to remain standing, jaded, restless, but im still standing on my own feet.

From the opening post rock instrumentation of the 1st track to the emoting pleading lead vocals; you can tell immediately that Gates is something different & special.
At times reminiscent of Thrice & Thursday vocally "Fear" sets the sonic blueprint for how "Post - whatever" bands with vocals can be so powerful in both form and presence.
